Fieldtrip

Assignments for the field trip will involve documenting some of the museums we will visit in Canada. For those going on the field trip, we will document the buildings listed below, onsite through drawings and photographs. Those not going on the field trip, will find and analyze (with drawings and diagrams) as much documentation as possible on the same museums using the library’s resources. We will share and present all information on our return the following week (as research and precedents for our next project…hint, hint). Here are the buildings:
-Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto (Daniel Libeskind)
-National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa (Moshe Safdie)
-Canadian War Museum, Ottawa (Moriyama & Teshima Architects and Griffiths Rankin Cook Architects)
